Gentle Exercise Classes over Zoom

Come and join us for some gentle exercise from the comfort of your own home! These exercise classes are based around the chair and are a great way to get some social interaction but also to fit in that all important exercise.  We are a very friendly bunch and always happy to welcome new recruits.

The sessions take place on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, they are 30 mins long and cost £3 per person per session (you don’t need to commit, just pay for the sessions you attend) I incorporate lots of variety ensuring that different muscle groups are worked as well as including some cardio vascular exercise to keep the fitness levels up. On a Monday, we do circuits! 

 It has been amazing to watch everyone progress over the last few years and I’m always having to think of ways to make it harder so everyone can keep challenging themselves.  Exercise aside, the chat, banter and laughter we have during the sessions is brilliant and make the sessions great fun.  I have received feedback from participants saying what a difference the sessions have made to them.

Remote Personal Training

With current situations, remote personal training couldn't be more in demand.  I can offer you the ease of being able to follow a custom made workout, designed specifically for you and your requirements which will meet the tighter budget and also make it easier for you to fit exercise into a busy schedule.

1 MONTH PERSONAL TRAINING - £80

  • Initial consultation/questionnaires (via Skype / FaceTime / Zoom)

  • 4 week personalised training plan. Ideally this will be 3 sessions per week so 12 sessions, but will be based around your availability

  • 1 x one-to-one session with PT to run through programme/answer any questions

  • Weekly ‘check-in’ with PT to discuss sessions/ask any questions (Skype / phone / e-mail)

  • Nutritional advice and dietary analysis (based on information provided - food diary etc..)

  • Access to Personal Trainer anytime via phone / text / e-mail

3 MONTHS PERSONAL TRAINING - £200

  • 12 week personalised training plan. Ideally this will be 3 sessions per week so 36 sessions, but will be based around your availability
